Dawn began her real estate career in 1998 and spent 11 years rising through the ranks at prestigious national firms before launching her own agency, Dawn Sandoval Residential Ltd, in 2010.
An accomplished negotiator and skilful sales professional, Dawn’s number one focus is her clients and their needs.
Dawn is well-known and highly respected in the Canary Wharf real estate community. Her awards include Female Entrepreneur of the Year from the East London Chamber of Commerce, and Female Estate Agent of the Year and The People’s Choice in The Wharf Property Awards. She is also a regular contributor to several London-based property publications and has appeared on the Danish version of Homes under the Hammer.
Gabriella has 10 years experience in the real estate industry, and has a broad range of knowledge and expertise in all areas of property sales and letting.
Beginning her career as the team’s receptionist, Gabriella honed her administration and customer service skills before being promoted to assisting the property manager for a portfolio of over 250 properties in the Canary Wharf area.
From there, she graduated into managing her own sales and letting portfolio.
Gabriella’s extensive experience and understanding of the entire business makes her the perfect right-hand woman to Dawn in running their boutique agency.
Fabienne is Dawn Sandoval Residential Ltd’s Operations Manager. She works behind the scenes overseeing new projects and business growth, keeping our finger on the pulse in the fast-paced world of London real estate.
With a business school and corporate background, Fabienne brings vital project management skills to develop innovative ideas, manage suppliers and create structures within the business ensuring that it runs smoothly and that we delight our clients and exceed their expectations.
We work closely with Mortgage and Protection Advisor, Nicola Quinn CeMAP and CertRBCB, who has worked within the financial services industry for over 13 years.
Specialising in residential, buy to let, limited company and adverse credit mortgages, Nicola also has access to mortgages not readily available on the high street and bridging finance options.
From initial application to completion, Nicola will support you through your mortgage journey ensuring you achieve your goals and overcome any obstacle that may come your way.
She holds the Level Three Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice and a Certificate in Retail Banking Conduct of Business.
Nicola’s work ethic and passion for helping clients is clear to see and has continued with regular 5-star client feedback.

Friendly and resourceful, she is the first point of contact, delivering outstanding service and attention to each and every client.
Siobhan has more than 15 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in London and the Middle East.
She has worked with FTSE 100 businesses across the investment banking, asset management, oil and luxury goods sectors, as well as with high-net-worth individuals and start-ups.
